Direkt neben dem Haus befindet sich ein Freibad, eine Mini-Golf-Anlage, ein Beach-Volleyballfeld und zwei Tennisplätze.

It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.
