Each room has windows and underfloor heating. Access to the apartment is via an external staircase (2nd floor)

From the hall, you reach the bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Under the house is a spacious ski cellar with ski boot dryers and the sauna, and in summer the bicycles can be stored here. There are plenty of parking spaces around the house.

From the windows and from the balcony of the apartment on the 3rd floor you have magnificent views of the surrounding Alpine panorama. Right next to the house is an outdoor pool, a mini golf course, a beach volleyball court and two tennis courts.

It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.
