Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

Modern, fully equipped apartment - close to the vineyard

The fully equipped, modern apartment (95 m²) with separate entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. In the spacious and bright apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The quiet location invites you to take walks and excursions to the nearby vineyards and the surrounding area. The center of Groß-Umstadt with its historic market square is 4 km away, Darmstadt 24 km and Aschaffenburg 26 km. The train station (700 m) offers connection to the public transport network.

Living in a farmhouse

You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. Cost for sauna is an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.

Vacation home with sauna

We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful Schwarzenfels Castle. We are gradually renovating the farm. In 2020, our "vacation home" project was completed and we are looking forward to our guests.

Historic ambiance and lovely Tauber Valley

On the first floor of our 350-year-old half-timbered house, we offer three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, tub and toilet as well as a fully equipped kitchen (approx. 100 square meters). The hosts' apartment is upstairs. Wi-Fi, washer and dryer can be used. The courtyard is available for recreation (currently limited by construction work).

Beautiful spacious apartment for the whole family The 3-room apartment (for 1 to 8 people) is on the first floor and has a separate entrance.  The apartment is approximately 95 m², with a terrace of approximately 45 m² and a balcony of 6 m². Note: Pets are welcome. We charge a one-time fee of €70 for each animal.

Wild, charming, authentic little house between forest and field. Great for Families or for People who need a real break from the city, maybe just with a friend- no internet- just the fire-place, a good wine and good talk, or hot chocolate and a nice fairytale. (we sell our own game- to make it even more authentic).

Beautiful wooden house in the Spessart with connection to various cycling and hiking trails (Spessartbogen). Fireplace, barbecue, terrace and garden invite you to relax. Accommodation for small groups, vehicles or horses is possible on request. In winter, the wood-burning stove beckons with cozy warmth. Welcome.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Quiet house in the middle of the forest and yet not far to the outside world. If you want to explore the hiking trails in the Spessart on foot or by bike, this is the place to be. Or would like to spend a bottle of wine by the fireplace.

Our Chalet Sternenblick has an exceptional and beautiful location, just outside a tiny village. From the living room you have a unique view over forest and field. Here you are just right for a few days in the countryside, a break for hiking and cycling or a family vacation in nature.

An oasis for rest and well-being. My accommodation (formerly an architectural office) is located in the garden behind the main house. It has its own entrance and a beautiful view through large panoramic windows into the garden with many flowers and a pond with waterfall.
