Well located, spacious and bright. South side terrace and view above the roofs. Bright and quiet living room invites you to relax or work at home. Once you get out, the berlin-vibe starts just in front of our door. 3 rooms give the possibility to come with 6 people, but with 4 it’s perfect: 1 double bed and 1 double couch in living room. 5th and 6th would get mattress on the floor of living room or office.

My apartment is in the heart of Berlin with immediate access to public transport, restaurants and cafes. Parking spots are right in front of the building. A balcony, high ceilings, American fridge with an icemaker, dishwasher, elevator, WiFi and the idyllic Landwehr-canal make my home special.
