Our listed holiday home with approx. 95 square meters of living space is located close to the old town of Nideggen. Between the market square and the castle, quietly located but still in the middle of the action. In a few minutes you can reach the center of Nideggen with its beautiful cafes and restaurants, where there is sure to be something for everyone. It is about 100 m to the castle. From our house you can also start wonderful hikes to the surrounding area such as the Rurtal or the climbing rocks.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This beautiful apartment is located in a traffic-calmed residential area in a field edge location in a cul-de-sac. It is conveniently located between Cologne, Aachen and Düsseldorf. These cities are very well accessible by train from Düren main station. The Eifel can be reached in 10 minutes. The center of the city of Düren is 3 km away from the apartment. In addition, the location is ideal as a starting point for cycling tours along the Rur.

It's located right at the entrance of the historic city center with many culinary offerings and is the perfect starting point for excursions into nature. In addition to a well-kept garden with a barbecue, the accommodation includes other facilities such as ping-pong table and dart board. The cozy living area with fireplace and large dining table invites you to enjoy your evening after an eventful day.

Vacations, trade fairs, business trips, small photo shoots (only on request), weekend getaways... Do you like the other, special things? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. The panoramic window of the holiday accommodation is oriented towards the sunrise and forest. We are looking forward to your visit!

An additional baby crib can be provided on request. Adjacent to the living room is a small terrace by the stream where you can sit undisturbed. There is a small village shop right next door, and a delicious pizzeria is within walking distance.

Children are also welcome to play in the garden.
