The renovated bungalow nestles on the southern slope of the Rur Valley and overlooks the small village of Untermaubach and its castle. In the immediate vicinity are wonderful hiking trails through former vineyards, the Celtic Hochkoppel and the typical Buntsandsteinfelsen [colorful sandstone rocks] along the Rur. Rurtal & the Eifel National Park are particularly attractive for hikers, mountain bikers/e-bikers and nature lovers.

In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. The individual guest house is located at the end of the 6-hectare property. A former stable is now a retreat for 4 people, redesigned with great care and attention to detail. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a dining area and a fireplace, a bedroom and a large bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. The 1st floor consists of a loft-style studio with a large window front, in which there is another double bed. There is also another fireplace, a grand piano and a large corner couch.
