The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. Accommodation includes a bathroom and a balcony. The Rhine promenade can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, and the centre of Beuel is about 10 minutes away. ( cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarkets). By bus ( stop in 3min walking distance) you can reach Bonn city center in about 12-15min.

In the apartment you will find plenty of space to feel comfortable. On the balcony you can watch the sunset with a glass of wine. Dogs are always welcome and children are of course welcome too. For your pet there is a dog basket and a food and water bowl. There are some board games for all ages and many books to read. In total there are three beds, two are 1.40 m and one 1.80 m. There is a large open shower and washing machine in the bathroom.

"Else's Stübchen" is a newly created small apartment for a cozy overnight stay. On approx. 20 square meters there is a bathroom with shower and a room with a double bed, closets and a small seating area. A fridge and dishes are included as well as a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker. For your information: There is still a little construction site romance on the rest of the building.
