Quietly located, newly renovated apartment (non-smoking) with separate entrance area located directly by the forest. The Nettebad with sauna area is a 10-minute walk, and the city center is 15 minutes away. From August 2024, a modern tennis court with soccer field and gastronomy is a 5-minute walk away

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Wonderful hiking and biking trails (bicycle shelter available) are within walking distance, shopping and restaurants in 2 km, as well as the Tollipark for children. The legendary Nürburgring is 30 minutes away. In summer, the Burgfestspiele greet the Lukasmarkt in the fall.
