Prekrasan ambijent i obijekt za opustiti se u prirodi i zvukove ptica. Savršeno uređen bivši sjenik koji je ispunjen sa svim sadržajem za provođenjem predivnog vremena sa boljom polovicom. Jacuzzi i sauna su sa prekrasnim pogledom. Čistoća je besprijekorna i objekt je pun sitnica koje ponekad zaboraši ponjeti na vikend putovanje. Kuća je predivan spoj ponajviše tradicijskog i modernog uređenja gdje sve stoji ugodno u prostoru. Pogled i pristup je pun privatnosti pošto se nalazi na kraju mjesta sa ljepom livadom do šume.

Wir haben über Silvester mit unseren Freunden in der Villa Propuh Urlaub gemacht und es war einfach fantastisch! Die Villa entspricht genau den Bildern – wunderschön, sauber und mit einer unglaublichen Aussicht. Der Whirlpool und die Saune waren das absolute Highlight, perfekt, um nach einem langen Tag zu entspannen. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Alles in allem ein perfekter Ort für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

Our stay was really comfortable and pleasent. The view from the balcony is beautiful and calming and the house is clean and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our stay. Would reccomend to everyone who is looking for some peace and rest while visiting Gorski Kotar.

Wir waren mit drei Familien in der Villa Laura und waren super zufrieden. Das Haus hat eine perfekte Größe, alles war wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Auf Anfragen wurde immer und super schnell geantwortet - sehr gerne wieder!

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Im Whirlpool und auf der Terrasse lässt sich perfekt entspannen.

We had an awesome stay at Fred's place. Our highlights were the outdoor kitchen and barbeque with a big dining table, the pool (+whirlpool) and the stunning olive garden. The communication with the host was very easy and we even got recommendations for nearby beaches & restaurants. We would recommend this amazing property 100%

Super leuk en gezellig huisje. Vooral de mooie tuin met zwembad waren een enorm pluspunt, vooral voor onze energieke zoontjes. De woning is rustig gelegen in een mooie omgeving, maar toch dicht genoeg bij alles (auto). Wij hebben met ons gezin enorm genoten van deze prachtige verblijfplaats.

Das Haus ist vom Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis fast nicht zu schlagen. Es ist äußerst sauber, schön eingerichtet und man findet alles vor, was man braucht. Sogar ein Obstkorb und eine Flasche Wein wurden uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach, man bekam auf alle Nachrichten eine schnelle Antwort und sowohl der check-in als auch der check-out waren sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist wirklich sehr sehr gut, die Geräte sind modern und neu und funktionieren alle einwandfrei. Wenn man ein Auto zur Verfügung hat, ist die Lage auch wirklich sehr gut und man kommt schnell an alle wichtigen Orte auf der Insel. Wir hätten uns nichts besseres wünschen können.

Gloria und Alen sind wunderbare und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Villa ist ein Traum, hier stimmt einfach alles. Wer hier noch nicht war sollte her kommen, wer hier schon war kommt eh wieder. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und können diese Villa zu Hundert Prozent weiter empfehlen!

Vi havde den perfekte familie ferie, vi var 9 mennesker afsted, mor,far, 3 børn (14,14,5 år), mormor & morfar samt 2 onkler. Vi havde masser af plads og dejlige omgivelser i huset. Poolen var et hit, haven skøn at lege i og terrassen lå perfekt i forhold til at de voksne kunne holde øje med børnene. Sandra var så imødekommende og gav os gode tips til spisesteder. Vi vil klart anbefale huset til familier med børn eller flere vennepar.

Great place for a relaxed holiday with family. The house is beautiful, the swimming pool is a dream and the view is stunning. There is a shop just outside the property , very handy! The only thing I wish there was a sidewalk so one could go for a stroll. The owner is very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend!

⸻ Pobyt w tym obiekcie był świetny! Miejsce idealne dla większej grupy – byliśmy w 10 osób, w tym z małym dzieckiem, i wszyscy czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo. Dom był przestronny, dobrze wyposażony i bardzo przytulny. Każdy miał swoją przestrzeń, a jednocześnie mogliśmy wspólnie spędzać czas w dużym salonie czy na tarasie. Lokalizacja również na plus – do najbliższego miasteczka było zaledwie 10 minut samochodem, co było bardzo wygodne, szczególnie gdy chcieliśmy wybrać się na obiad czy po zakupy. Okolica cicha, zielona, idealna na odpoczynek. Zdecydowanie polecam ten obiekt – idealny dla grupy znajomych czy rodzin z dziećmi. Na pewno chętnie wrócimy!

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

Just really a lovely holiday. I was there with 3 grown up kids 18,20 and 21. Perfect place. Absolutely need a car but Crikvencia was just a 10 - 15 min drive and we popped there every day for groceries, restaurants and an afternoon at the beach. Andreja was just lovely and the place impeccable. Highly recommended.

We had a great weekend getaway, absolutely lovely house in peaceful and quiet surroundings, perfect for winding down from city tempo. House is awesome, great size, and nicely furnished. It was more than enough space for 6 of us (4 adults 2 kids), kids especially loved the hot tub and lawn. All in all, highly recommend. 🙂

A szilvesztert töltöttük ezen a helyen. A házigazda nagyon kedves volt, a szállás átvételekor adta át a kulcsot, majd legközelebb távozáskor jött. Teljesen kettesben tudtunk lenni, ha éppen éjjel háromkor akartuk használni a jacuzzit, csak kimentünk és élveztük. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat itt, bátran ajánljuk!

Zelo dobra izkušnja! Prijazna, odzivna lastnica, lepo opremljeno in čisto stanovanje, kuhinja z ogromno posode, pripomočkov (toaster, airfryer...) in tudi osnovnih živil (začimbe, kava, olje...). Najboljša je pa ogromna terasa z jaccuzijem, žarom, gugalnikom, obdana z vinogradom in z razgledom na hribčke. Res lepa in mirna lokacija. Za dobrodošlico nas je pričakal narezek, naročili pa smo tudi zajtrk, ki je iz lokalnih sestavin in z doma pečenim kruhom. Res lahko vse samo pohvalim in bi se še kdaj z veseljem vrnila!

Sandro z’n huis is geweldig, prachtig gebouwd met authentieke materialen. Het is een smal pand met een keuken op de begane grond, woon- en badkamer met veranda op de eerste verdieping en een slaapzolder die bereikbaar is via een steile trap. De ligging is geweldig met veel voorzieningen zowel binnen als buiten (bbq, jacuzzi en sauna). Je hebt veel privacy en kijkt uit op de vallei van de Dobra. Er zijn volop handdoeken (zelfs badjassen), keukengerei en basisvoorzieningen als zeep, wc papier, keukenkruiden, olie e.d. De bedden liggen goed en er zijn fijne hoofdkussens. Sandro is een hele fijne host. Hij is altijd bereikbaar voor het beantwoorden van vragen en erg flexibel. De omschrijving op Airbnb is heel bescheiden, in werkelijkheid is het veel mooier en completer. Als we een minpuntje zouden moeten benoemen zou het enige de toch wat afgelegen ligging zijn. Er is geen restaurant of winkel heel dicht in de buurt. Maar dat was voor ons geen probleem. Dank Sandro! We hebben genoten.

Unglaublich schöne Lage. Gut um den Alltag mal hinter sich zu lassen. Klare weiterempfehlung.

Diese Unterkunft ist etwas Besonderes. Die Gastgeberin, Antonella, war jederzeit gut erreichbar und hat auf jede Frage sofort reagiert. Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt, es war alles da, was man braucht, alles sehr sauber und funktionstüchtig. Wir haben auch den Whirlpool zweimal genutzt, unter dem Sternenhimmel. Es ist viel Platz in der Hütte, etwas ganz anderes als ein Hotelzimmer. Gerne wieder :-)

We are very happy that we chose this place from many option we had. A very charming cottage in the nature. Everything was as described and even more what we expected. Enough room for two people inside and outside. Private sauna, a hot tub, lovely terrass, beautiful view - definitely would recommend Darja' s place. Very clean and you feel very welcomed because they have paid attention to the details! All you need for breakfast was in the fridge. The hosts are very lovely and helpful people. We got a proper welcome with a homemade pie! The road to the cottage was good and Darja provided very clear directions. Good communication, lovely place with some cute characteristics! We had a great time there!
