The house is very quiet and offers complete privacy. It was super clean, lots of towels and bed linens provided. The pool is cleaned once a week. Maja was always approachable, gave tips for the area, great hostess! Caution when arriving: The entrance to the property is very narrow and there is no way to turn around.

Our stay was super nice! My children, my wife and grandparents were visiting and we felt right at home. Very pleasant that we could start and enjoy our vacation like this. We were very warmly welcomed directly and shown the accommodation. The vacation at Maja's is highly recommended! The amenities are great and very satisfactory! We had a very nice and relaxing vacation! We thank you very much for that!

We were 2 adults and 2 teens (16+14) in the accommodation as a family of 4. We loved the tranquility and seclusion. That was exactly what we wanted. The house is small,but it is completely sufficient. Everything is nicely decorated and placed. Exactly as you can see from the pictures. The outdoor area is simply a dream. Thought out to the smallest corner. We used the outdoor kitchen regularly. We were there now in October and also had good weather. ( an average of 22 degrees☀️) This made very good use of the pool and hot tub. The small bay is also just very nice. We spent a whole day there and were all alone. We highly recommend this place. We will be back. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

I spent New Year's Eve with my friends in Stefan's accommodation and we were very impressed by the beauty of the house, new, clean, functional, equipped with every comfort. The rooms each with their own bathroom offer maximum privacy to each guest while the open lounge allows you to enjoy moments together with other guests in total relaxation and comfort. Stefan is a fantastic host, always available, who put us in the best conditions to feel at home. Thank you!

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly, equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, an elevated pool with a gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with great attention to detail. You can tell that it is not just an Airbnb house, but a lot of passion from the owners flows into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and in an extremely friendly manner, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can fully recommend this accommodation! A huge thank you to Lucija and her family ♥️

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

Tatjana and Rene were great hosts! They welcomed me and my friends in a sociable, helpful, and very friendly way. Rene was very well organized, among all the services, the necessary numbers and the freedom he gave us, we felt welcomed and respected! It was a really enjoyable vacation and we hope to be back in the future!

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Great location, can walk to everything. We had three couples and plenty of space. I would definitely recommend.

Everything was very good. Above all, Karmen was very accommodating and helpful and flexible with check-in and check-out, which helped us a lot. The accommodation really offers everything you need for two. So we can fully recommend it.

We had a great time at Irena's place. the welcome is perfect, the beauty of the accommodation, cleanliness, hospitality with local fruits and products, cool drinks even for children, sea view, accessibility to different places to visit as well. a very peaceful place with magnificent views. Everything is really perfect . Thanks so much for everything.

We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

The place had everything we needed, plus a spacious terrace and beautiful surrounding gardens. It was very clean and thoughtfully equipped. We stayed with our little one and felt at home right away. Big kudos to Tonka and her lovely family for making our stay so comfortable – and thank you for the big bag of cherries!

Reccomend this stay and in Senj to! We stayed with a 6 8 and 14 year old and they all had a great time. We took nanny with us and the set up of the smaller apartment on ground floor was perfect for that! Thank you again for your wonderful home to stay in.

Great location, friendly host, everything was great.

This place feels like favourite grandmas place. Everything you need is alreeady inside. You can spend Christmas, Easter and all the holidays over there. Hosts are extremely prepared. Amazing view from outside terrace!

Very nice villa with large rooms and great amenities. We enjoyed the huge terrace and the heated swimming pool. It is also well located for excursions to Risnjak National Park.

We felt happy from the moment we arrived in a really nice home! I've stayed at many BnB's and I don't know such a great place. It is clean, has a sense of humor and taste in furniture and accessories, and has everything you need for a daily life. Not only that, but the stunning view, the beautiful starry sky, the sound of insects in the silence of the night, the magnificence of the sunrise, and countless healing hearts are here. Above all, we were greeted by a warm host and made our trip feel as if our friendly neighbors were welcoming us naturally. The host takes care of your home.I think that's why you feel this greatness. It is highly recommended for those who want to heal their tired mind and body during work or in the city.

We spent there 4 nights with a group of 9 Teenagers. The house is very clean and there was enough space for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked and there is also a grill to use. The location of the house is just 2 minutes away from the beach. The owner is very kind. We would definitely recommend the house for young people as well as families.

The house reflects what is advertised, has all the comforts Mirella is a wonderful person and always available to provide advice (both for restaurants and for the sea). The husband is always a smiling person, congratulations. Swimming in the pool at midnight is unparalleled. There are 3 well-stocked supermarkets nearby. Recommended to everyone , we hope to go back, we had a wonderful time. But those of us who will miss so much will be little Kitty (or Ketty), a beautiful, beautiful and very affectionate Kitty. Thank you for everything.

We had an awesome stay at Fred's place. Our highlights were the outdoor kitchen and barbeque with a big dining table, the pool (+whirlpool) and the stunning olive garden. The communication with the host was very easy and we even got recommendations for nearby beaches & restaurants. We would recommend this amazing property 100%

We had a truly great time staying at Filip’s place. He was a great host and made it easy for us to relax. The apartment is very beautiful and comfortable, we felt very at home and it is well located! We had everything we needed.

The house and garden are really well maintained and even nicer than in the pictures. The kitchen is as well equipped as you could wish for. The hosts are fantastic too ~ such nice people with tips and advice regarding beaches, restaurants etc. but never intrusive. We had a really lovely stay ~ I particularly loved relaxing in their wonderful garden in the evenings. Highly, highly recommended house and simply wonderful hosts
