Great cycling, hiking and walking trails, in winter the cross-country ski trail, in summer the swimming lake is close to the house! Our local mountain, the Unterberg, offers skiing in winter, hiking and paragliding in summer, and can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The free ski bus, which runs in summer as a free regional bus in the Kaiserwinkl vacation region, stops practically at the front door!

A romantic four-poster bed in the bedroom and a large sofa bed (sleeping area 1.60 x 2 m) in the living area ensure a good night's sleep.
