Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. It is a unique wood-clad architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and state-of-the-art interior design, which leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel right at home.

Es ist ein ca. 115 m² großes Ferienhaus mit großer Sonnenterrasse für bis zu sechs Erwachsenen + 1 Kind. Zu jeder Jahreszeit bietet es alles, was man zum Erholen und zur Entspannung braucht. Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

The 2-storey property consists of a living room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office as well as a TV. This villa features a private open terrace, perfect for evening relaxation. A parking space is available on the property.

The LH 2 was built as a semi-detached house, connected by another terrace with the country house 1, with its own access. With cozy living-dining area, a modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, an open pointed floor with 3 beds offer 4 adults and 3 children/young at heart.

Whether with the whole family, as a group of friends or even for a break in the familiar, small team, our villa offers the right mix of space for cozy get-together and retreat thanks to the separately accessible apartments. Our regular guests have been coming to us for years in all sorts of constellations - especially in spring and summer, where the garden and numerous seating options open up further possibilities. Dogs are also allowed in 1 apartment.
