Less than 200 m from the fine Baltic Sea beach, our lovingly furnished 2.5-room old building apartment (62 m²) is located in the typical bathroom style – in the middle of the charming village of Koserow on Usedom. An ideal retreat for families who want to enjoy peace, nature and sea air. The apartment can optimally accommodate 4 people; there is also a guest bed and a travel cot. The direct access to the garden and the sunny terrace invite you to linger – a highlight, especially in the summer.

The apartment is located in the seaside resort of Kölpinsee about 1 km from the beach. It is new and will be rented from June 1, 2024. In the immediate vicinity are some restaurants and shops as well as the train station. On approx. 70 m², a tastefully furnished two-room apartment with balcony awaits its guests. In front of the house there is a free parking space. The location also offers an ideal starting point for hiking and biking excursions to the island's hinterland and the Achterwasser.

This place has spectacular sunrises and sunsets and kilometres of very fine sandy beaches to offer. Usedom has the most hours of sunshine in all of Germany. On the elevated dikes, bike tours are a relaxing holiday activity for young and old. Tourist tax is to be paid separately and amounts to €3.70 p.p./n.
