The other three floors, each measuring 45 m², each have their own private bathroom, a double bed, and a double sofa bed. Soap and shampoo are also provided.

Het staat op een privédomein (de bossen rondom het huis zijn privé en dus niet toegankelijk, maar er zijn vele mogelijkheden voor wandelingen in de omgeving). U kan gemakkelijk naar Antwerpen, bv. met de waterbus vanuit Hemiksem.

De woning werd stijlvol ingericht met allerlei bijzondere objecten en kunstwerken. De plafonds zijn hoog en er zijn nog vele originele stijlelementen bewaard gebleven van de interbellum periode (1928) waarin het huis gebouwd werd. De zeer ruime living geeft uit op een gezellige stadstuin (ZO georiënteerd). Alle nutsvoorzieningen en comfort zijn ruimschoots voorzien.
