When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The self-contained 90 sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 2-family house at the foot of the Petersberg 1 bedroom approx. 16 sqm with a 180 x 200 bed 1 bedroom approx. 16 square meters with two 100 x 200 beds 1 bathroom, kitchen, office corner, 1 large dining-living area of about 35 square meters, with flat-screen TV and cozy corner sofa. ... and a balcony overlooking Bonn and the vineyards! Parking is free in our street!

The 20sqm roof terrace has an unobstructed view to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is located in a quiet residential area. Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

In the immediate vicinity of the Rhine (5 min) and directly in the center of Bonn, my modern apartment is located in the heart of the Beuel district, in a quiet side street. You can easily park in the underground garage. Use the balcony, the modern kitchen or the Sky programs on TV (Bundesliga :-) With the passenger ferry or on foot (15 min) or the tram (2 min) you can quickly reach the Bonn city center. The S-Bahn to the airport or to Cologne can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Vacation home Bachstelze in the mountain area of Königswinter at the foot of the Ölberg. Our apartment has a double bedroom (1.60 m), a spacious hallway with reading corner and sofa, a shower room and a cozy kitchen. The apartment also has a private terrace, which is only used by guests, with magnificent views of the countryside. Our apartment is allergy-friendly. The walls were painted chemical-free with chalk paint.

This private room lies in Vinxel, a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Bonn. Situated on the basement level of our house, with a separate entrance and private bathroom. The room is quiet and modernly decorated. A private parking space is available. Area: direct bus connections to Bonn City and Bonn main station. Good road connections to Bonn, Siegburg and Cologne.
