Sauna is very well maintained and modern and heats up quickly. Thank you for the wonderful time!

For me, this house will always mark the place where I was able to experience my 30th birthday. For me, it was one of the coziest, quietest and most beautiful resorts I have ever seen. Everything was as promised and worth its price. The only thing I and my guests had to complain about were the sometimes very uncomfortable pillows and some somewhat uncomfortable mattresses (especially upstairs). It would certainly be easy to fix here (at least the pillows) -> I recommend the New Zealand path here (see NZ bed setup). Thanks again to Oana, Dragos and Andreas for the great stay! ❤️

Our stay with Elmar and Beate was great from start to finish. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed and guided through the entire apartment. In the apartment, everything you need in an apartment is available. If we take a drive in the area again, we will be happy to come back.

We had a super nice weekend with 2 dogs. The apartment was bigger than expected and was well equipped. We lacked nothing. Right around the corner there is a small supermarket where you can get everything and there are many great hiking opportunities nearby. We would come back.

The apartment is super nice and quiet right around the corner from the Elfenstein. If you want to eat something quickly in the evening, the situation is not so well suited, but the apartment is well equipped to provide for yourself - even with a dishwasher in the kitchenette. The apartment is beautifully large for two (+pet) and offers a wonderful view from the large living room windows. Communication with the hosts was super straightforward with clear and helpful information about flexible check-in with a lockbox. Definitely a recommendation for those who want to have their peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the forest!

We had a wonderful time. The location is perfect for many things to do on foot. Whether the old town, shopping or forest and meadow running and hiking can be reached quickly and easily. The apartment has everything you need and the view is mega, especially in the evening. We felt like at home, a vacation can't be better. We'll be back😀.

Beautifully built old mill. Very nicely prepared and modernly equipped. Very quiet location with a large garden right on a small river. Around it is nothing but fields and meadows. Perfect for holidays with kids and dog. The next villages can be reached by car/ bike or longer walk along the river. Very friendly hosts who temporarily live in the building next door and were very concerned for our well-being. We will be happy to come back!
