Each room has windows and underfloor heating. Access to the apartment is via an external staircase (2nd floor)

Met de Zillertal Arena pas kan je vanuit Konigsleiten direct naar Krimml, Gerlos en Zell am Ziller skiën. Het drop zelf ligt op 1600 meter, waardoor het (bijna) altijd wit is in de winter

The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.
