The 40 sqm ELW is suitable for a vacation or professionals looking for a small apartment with space to work. The ELW has a separate entrance and the parking space for one car is directly on the street in front of the house. The apartment is in the suburb of Zang.

My 80 m² apartment with balcony can be used individually, whether 1-2 couples, the whole family or professionals. For additional guests (or if a queen-size bed is used by only one person), a sofa bed or a comfortable mattress for the floor is available. In the immediate vicinity you can reach everything that Heidenheim has to offer: Aquarena, Brenzpark, Hellenstein Castle, Voitharena, baseball stadium, CC, theater, arcades, but also a lot of nature with hiking and biking trails.

The White Owl at the organic farm

Brand new in 2022: The white owl is a bright vacation home, located directly next to our barn. The house offers four beautiful bedrooms with double beds, three bathrooms and three toilets. There are two free extra mattresses. The kitchen is well equipped and open to the adjoining dining room. The sofa corner offers plenty of space and a large flat-screen TV. The terrace is directly accessible and our farm has many more beautiful places that can be used.

Large apartment at the foot of the Swabian Alb

This stylish property is perfect for families and couples. The location is ideal for hiking and cycling, climbing on the Rosenstein and for excursions to Stuttgart, Schwäbisch Gmünd, Aalen and Heidenheim. Legoland or the Swabian Park are also not far away! (About 1 hour) There are two bedrooms, one box spring bed is 180 x 200 and the other box spring bed is 140 x 200. The owners live on the ground floor! Towels, sheets and final cleaning are included!

Modern 1-room apartment in the heart of Oberkochen

Centrally located and modern apartment. 3-minute walk to the train station, 5-minute walk to ZEISS. All shops serving everyday needs (groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, banks, snacks, bakeries, etc.) are a few minutes' walk away. The built-in kitchenette with induction hob, microwave with grill function and large fridge also offers the possibility of self-catering. There is a small freezer compartment in the refrigerator for storing frozen goods.

The flat is located at the edge of Nattheim, not very far away from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures to follow). Perfect to unwind and unwind...

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, a stove and is equipped with everything you need. The apartment has a separate entrance and is just minutes from Carl Zeiss, as well as the city center. This apartment is perfect for 1-2 people. In the bedroom is a bed with a size of 160 × 200 cm. Linens and towels are included.

The beautiful Spitztal with great walking path and the Gutenbach is around the corner.
