Zum Zentrum nach Ellwangen sind es ca. 2,5 Kilometer, fußläufig in etwa 25 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt mit Bäckerei sind ca. 1200 Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt. Die Landesgartenschau 2026 ist zu Fuß in ca. 800 Metern zu erreichen. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Premium Boxspringbett mit 180x200cm.

The property is located on the first floor of a 4-party house in a very quiet location in Abtsgmünd. The apartment has separate, direct access. All shopping facilities can be found within a radius of about 800 m. In about 500 m you will reach the Laubach reservoir.

The location is ideal for hiking and cycling, climbing on the Rosenstein and for excursions to Stuttgart, Schwäbisch Gmünd, Aalen and Heidenheim. Legoland or the Swabian Park are also not far away! Downtown is a 10-minute walk. The B 29 to Stuttgart and the B 19 to Oberkochen/Heidenheim are very close. The factory bus to the Zeiss company is only about 200 meters away. The apartment is exceptionally equipped. In winter, the underfloor heating is wonderfully warm.
