I had a wonderful stay at Jumah's place in Pondicherry. She was incredibly kind and accommodating from the start-allowing me an early check-in which was a big help. The room was clean, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing stay. Unfortunately, my phone was switched off during the night and I missed my alarm, but Jumah was so understanding and even allowed me a late checkout without any issue, which I really appreciated. She also went out of her way to help me plan my trip-suggesting must-visit places around Pondicherry and even sharing contacts for bike rentals. Her hospitality really made my trip smoother and more enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting!

Highly recommended!!! This place felt like home and was very affordable. I came for a short trip to India and decided to visit Pondicherry. I was initially cautious about my stay choices but I arrived half an hour early, and Host Banu was very warm and welcoming. The entire stay went smoothly, and the house was clean as well. Special mention to Host Banu, who helped us rent two wheelers, suggested places to visit, and made us feel secure throughout our stay. The house had all the necessary facilities and was maintained really well. I would definitely give it a 5-star rating and highly recommend staying here! We are planning to visit Pondicherry again at the end of February before we leave, and we will definitely book this same place. One great thing I noticed was the proximity to the bus stand, auto stand, beach, and other main areas. It’s located in the heart of the city, which made it easy to navigate in all directions.
