Hotel holiday rentals in Konak

It’s located in a good place close to Alsancak as well. It’s easy a 10-15 minute walk which isn’t too bad. There’s also a taxi stand not so far away from the location and there are markets just around the corner. Overall the stay was very pleasant and they were kind enough to offer cleaning one of the days which is very appreciated :)

Close to public transportation, very cozy. The breakfast was really good. The central location really helps to cut down on travel time, lots of places for eating & drinking in the proximity. Would recommend

I can say that the price and performance place for the center of Izmir.

I will always prefer Izmir, even though I went with a little baby, I felt like I was at home and left very satisfied.

When I first entered the room, there was hair and hair in the drawers, which was a little annoying, but I was satisfied with everything else. The location was wonderful as a single woman and I did not have a private car, and I was not bothered by anyone while walking around the neighborhood or hotel. Their breakfast was great. Everyone was friendly. I can recommend bringing your shampoo with you at most. There is shampoo in the rooms when they want it, but if you like bubbling shampoo like crazy, I can say bring it yourself. I hope you have plenty of income. Thanks for everything

Located very central between Kemeralti and Alsancak, close to the train station. The surrounding area is changing – some buildings are already renovated, and there are ongoing modernization projects. The Hotel von Baris is a successful example of how well maintained and inviting it will look everywhere. After checking in, you immediately feel comfortable: the rooms are clean and tidy, and the entire hotel is well maintained. Baris and his team are very hospitable and take care of their guests with a lot of commitment. I was very happy with my stay and would book here again anytime I travel to Izmir.

Thanks Ozgur, I felt very comfortable I had a spacious room and everything I needed. The on-site service was very courteous and friendly. A later check-out was easily possible for an additional fee. The surrounding area is lively and there are numerous restaurants, cafes, bars and clubs nearby. As a result, guests should adjust to the volume of this scene district. I didn't mind, on the contrary! I'd love to come back.

It was nice that the location of the accommodation was close to downtown. However, people who are sensitive to sound may find it difficult to fall asleep in the evening due to the sound of music that rings late at night.
