I very much enjoyed my stay. The place was clean, cozy and well located just as described. The check-in was straightforward and the host very friendly. I would come back anytime!

The location and sea view of the house were very satisfying, clean and tidy and had quite enough heating for those who would stay in the winter. The house is heated by natural gas and fireplace, and the fireplace and sea views make this house stand out from other houses. The house is in a decent neighborhood and the shop owners around know the artisan. The residents are not disturbing people, the apartment is generally quiet and peaceful. I recommend it as a Tourist.

Mehmet is an amazing host, very friendly and responsive and made us feel welcome! We loved the apartment - it looked like in photos and had everything you may need for your stay. In the area you have many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and cafes, and the sea is super close. I would recommend Mehmet and his place to everyone, I would definitely return. :)

The room was small but totally adequate. Beds were comfortable and there was a balcony. The toilet/bathroom was a bit small, but sufficient. Hasan and his staff were very sweet, he always responded quickly, the check-in was flexible. We were also helped very quickly in case of problems.

It was an ideal stay, I had a comfortable stay on the street of the martyrs of Cyprus. On the street, easy to access, right in the center of coffee bars, to the Alsancak ferry station

Once again, a pleasure to stay in this place. Communication with Utku is excellent, the house is wonderful, the area is very good, it is well connected with public transport, everything as they describe it. We will repeat many more times. Thanks for having us!

The kitchen was a delightful place to cook with almost all the technological appliances. There were meaningful historical items and art at various points. In general, it was an alternative and colorful house, even charcoal was kept ready for a barbecue in its courtyard. I would definitely recommend this experience and we would love to stay here with friends again on our next trip.

The house has supplies for all your needs and the location of the house is quite central and there are vineyards in a very close distance. An ideal place for a calm and peaceful holiday.
