The views from this apartment are fantastic - the terrace is big and comfortable to sit and look out at the sea and city. Overall this is a great place to stay - walking distance to both the tram & metro, plenty of space and extra towels and bed linen are available. All amenities are provided as described. The apartment is warm and has air conditioning available also. Umut is a great host. Helpful pieces of information: The location is on a very steep hill which would not be suitable for young children or anyone unsteady on their feet. The historic elevator is a short 3 minute walk from the apartment and using this you can avoid the steep steps. The mattress is a hard style which may not be suited to everyone. The bathroom has one large step to get in and out.

When we entered the house, we were greeted by a perfectly clean place. It was quite comfortable and just like in the photos. The host guided us through most of the issues and was able to take quick action when a problem occurred. It was definitely a place I would prefer when I came to Izmir again.

The location was close to the downtown area of Izmir, which was very easy to sightsee. The room was clean, fully equipped, and I didn't feel any inconvenience during my stay. The host, Doa, was also very kind and answered questions within 10 minutes, and I was able to stay without any problems.

Good central location with lots of various places to eat and shop, adequate amenities, clean bathroom and it was a good choice to stay for a business trip in the most corporate region of Izmir.
