It is within a 5min walk from the promenade, just above the beach and three excellent restaurants. It has one bedroom, kitchen with living room and a bathroom. It is equipped with cable TV, fully equipped kitchen with a dish washer, AC, ceiling fan in bedroom and wi-fi. The possibility of using a double seated kayak comes with renting the apartment.

Excellent location new Apartment

A very quiet stylish newly converted studio apartment with your own dedicated access in the heart of Komiza. Modern new kitchen and appliances , new powerful air conditioning (not portable) and ceiling fan whilst keeping with the traditional wooden beams and stone walls. Only 20 metres from Komiza harbour/port that is lined with restaurants and bars and yet located In a quiet street away from the noise of the crowds and bars. Only minutes walk to the picturesque beaches within Komiza .

The apartment offers a peaceful accommodation because it is situated a little above the vibrant village, it's noisy beaches, noise of open-air parties, restaurants and yachts in the harbour(only 10 min walking to the centre and 5min to the first beach). The advantage of such a position is unique panoramic view both from the apartment itself and from it's spacious terrace. Riva is the main hang out area for the locals as well as tourists where bars, cafes, shops, line up and you can sit & enjoy coffee/beers surrounded by rustique buildings of the charming fisherman’s town and the view of the beautiful harbour and Adriatic sea.

The studio apartment has an area of 28 square maters and is located on the second floor, in the central location of the historic downtown of Komiza, very close to cafes, restaurants, shops, markets and beaches. 20 meters from Riva.
