The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 living room, 1 large bed (150x200), 1 small bed (120x200), and a sofa that turns into a bed in the living room. The house has all the materials you need, such as white goods, TV, air conditioning, WiFi, barbecue. It is in a safe location where you can have a holiday with your family with peace of mind. It is close to the beaches.

Equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, WiFi, automatic shutters, balcony/terrace and 24/7 security system. It is in a quiet and peaceful location. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. More than 4 people are subject to an additional fee. Check-in time is 1:00 pm Check-out time is 11:00. Check-in is done with a Turkish ID

Point of View

This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

My apartment is a great place to unwind.Being on the upper floor there is always a cool breeze with lots of shade from the tall trees. Close enough to the port of chios that transportation is not needed. The city has created a new public park next to my home. It features a cushioned jogging track, exercise equipment and basketball courts. Facilities are available for all guests
