Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

Lovely beach house at Komi in southern Chios (A)

The two-room apartment is a beautiful family-friendly beach home in the town of Komi, exactly opposite the sandy beach with no cars passing by. Komi is in the southern part of the island of Chios in an area called Mastichochoria (i.e mastic villages). It is a very quiet beach on a daily basis except from the weekends as it becomes popular due to the restaurants and bars. The apartment is comfortable and has got everything to make your stay enjoyable.

It is a modern studio right on the sea, with unlimited views of the Aegean Sea and Venetiko. It has a comfortable balcony and backyard. Next to cosmopolitan Komi and Viri. Within walking distance all the excellent pristine beaches of western Chios, the stone traditional castle villages of Chios. It is very functional with several closets and kitchen cabinets, satellite TV, hair dryer, electric iron and ironing board as well as a vacuum cleaner.

Beach-lovers could not wish for a better location than this charming villa, which opens directly onto the soft and gently shelving sands at the quieter end of Karfas (no road between the villa and the golden sandy beach). Hello there! We are offering for rental our holiday home in the Southern tip of Chios Island. It is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the amazing view of the Aegean sea. The tiny islet of Venetico in the background with it's lighthouse on it which blinks as it gets darker, seems to change colour during the day. Then you can enjoy a sky full of stars far from the light pollution of a city.
