Fully equipped kitchen, big bathroom with a window, washing machine + dryer; suitable for long-term stays. Living room and bedroom features a 55" TV (including Netflix and Amazon Fire TV Stick) and a workspace with a printer. 3 bakeries within 300m, supermarket 500m away, and a 10-minute walk to the pedestrian zone. Our apartment (kitchen and bathroom were renovated in March 2019) (approx. 40 m²) with private terrace is located in a detached stately villa in Sönderhav/Denmark. From the terrace you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Flensburg Fjord. The apartment is located on the lower floor of our house in a garden with fruit trees. The historic Gendarme Trail, a hiking trail from Padborg to Høruphav, runs about 60 meters along the house by the water

Denmark can be reached within a few minutes on foot, by bike or by car. There are shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Mini golf right on your doorstep. Good restaurants nearby. Free on-site parking right in front. Immediate beach.
