In my small townhouse, you can rent the apartment on the lower floor, with its own entrance. It is centrally located in Kolding with a view of Koldinghus and the city center. On this floor, there is a kitchen, a bathroom, and 2 bedrooms with space for a total of 7 sleeping guests. The kitchen is not suitable for preparing a big family dinner, but more for lighter meals with the basic kitchen equipment. Access to the terrace with an outdoor shower with hot water. Nearby you will find Tivoliskoven, Legeparken, and Kolding Centrum, among other things.

This holiday home is located ONLY 40 metres from the water's edge! The view of the beach and sea can be enjoyed all day. The house is decorated in a bright, beautiful and soothing way. Everything is new and newly renovated, and high-quality materials have been used. It's a gem, both because of its location and the quality materials. There are 2 campsites nearby that rent paddle boards, Segways and kayaks/canoes, and have a kiosk with ice cream, pizza, etc. You can ask about and pay for entry to the heated pool with slides.

Beautiful garden with large wooden terrace where there is sun most of the day, large dining area and lounge area. Free parking is available close to the home. The main door has a code so there is 24-hour access.

The house is functional and cozy with a centrally located wood stove inside and a nice private garden outside. The living room overlooks the ocean.

You are more than welcome! 😊

The apartment is part of a nearly 200-year-old half-timbered house and has plenty of soul.
