We have a house of 400 sqm, of which we rent 150 sqm to guests over the summer. It is separated with its own entrance and its own kitchen and bathroom and access to large garden and terrace. The house is intended for up to 8 people, and ideal for families with children. There are 4 bedrooms and extra sofa beds. Kolding is centrally located in Denmark, and thus a good starting point for excursions. Kolding has its own beach and a lot of nature and experiences to offer. (The home has gotten an update this year with new floors/rugs)

There are three floors, so many stairs. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a 180cm bed, as well as our son's room with a children's bed. There is a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is also a children's bath. In the living room there is a large kitchen, with floating sofa that can be cromecast to the TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes + a small toilet. In the basement there is a bedroom, 160 cm bed. As well as bathroom with washer + dryer. Enclosed and fenced yard with sandbox.

House of 120 sqm on quiet road and close to nature and Kongeåen. 1 double bed, 1 3/4 bed and 1 single bed. Large enclosed garden with several terraces. Free parking on the road A few minutes walk from local shopping including clothing stores, jewelry store, hairdressers, thrift stores, small cinema, restorants/pizzerias, and the local Royal Museum. About 10 minutes from the highway About 15 minutes from Kolding. 5 min walk to train station Electric car charging is not allowed via regular socket

Cozy home close to downtown with free parking

This cozy 50 m2 home is located in a quiet place less than a kilometer from the city center and with easy access to and from the highway. The house has a kitchen/living room with a dining table for four people and a sofa bed, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a small freezer, and an oven. In the garden, there is a furnished terrace with the opportunity to eat outdoors and enjoy the surroundings. There is free parking and wifi for the house.

Vores hjem i Kolding er nu tilgængelig for op til 6 ferierende gæster, der leder efter et hyggeligt og familievenlig sted at nyde nogle gode dage sammen. Huset ligger centralt placeret på en stille villavej med kort vej til indkøb, busstop med direkte forbindelse til Legoland og Billund og naturligvis Koldings bycentrum blot 5 minutter væk. I “baghaven” finder I et flot naturområde ved Kolding Å og Kolding Ådal, og legeparken for små og store er en kort spadseretur fra hoveddøren.

Bright apartment in town house in the town of Egtved. With parking by the apartment. From here you are about 15 min from Legoland, 20 min from Kolding and Vejle and 1 hour from Aarhus by car. Private garden with terrace and good shopping in Egtved. In addition, there is plenty of opportunity for great nature and culture experiences nearby. Bed linen and towels must be brought. The beds are 180cm and 160cm wide. Guests provide final cleaning. There is a weekend bed for children.

Huset er et gammelt, restaureret fiskerhus med en ganske unik beliggenhed 30 meter fra egen strand. Det er indrettet som helårsbolig med 7 faste sengepladser og mulighed for 1 ekstra opredning. Udsigten ud over Bæltet og gåture langs stranden er egentlig rigeligt i sig selv - hvis vi selv skal sige det - men der er også masser af alternative udflugtsmuligheder, f. eks. Bridgewalking, marsvinesafari eller en tur i Madsby Parken i Fredericia.

Relax with the whole family in this serene home. The home is located in a stable building, which is newly renovated. Here is a new kitchen and bathroom. It consists of a large room that is divided into the sleeping, dining and kitchen area with a shelving unit and a curtain. It sleeps four to five. There is access to the dining area outside in the courtyard and to the garden, the fire pit and a shelter located 150 meters from the farm.
