2 bedroom apartment newly renovated this summer with new kitchen and bath. Access is easy via code lock so you can arrive at your convenience. Located in the outhouse next to our own accommodation. 5 km from E20/E45 and Kolding Mall. Less than half an hour to Legoland , Legohouse and Givskud Zoo. There is about 700 meters to shopping and bakery. Cosy and peaceful garden, where no facilities should be shared with others. Good hiking trails in the area including the Donss Islands. In addition, bike path to Kolding.

The house is divided into 2 floors where the 1st floor consists of a large living room and a hallway that leads to a spacious kitchen. In addition, the sofa can be folded out and used as a sofa bed with room for 2 people. There's also a large bathroom on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor consists of an open space with 4 beds and a toilet. Parking is just outside the house and is completely free.

"Søndergaard" is a disused farm with a living room from 1876, which is inhabited by the host family. The guest house was built in 2005 A large garden surrounds the farm, which is close to Åkær river valley - a nature reserve with fields, meadows and forests. From the farm there is access to nature trails.

Der er to enkeltsenge, et bord med to barstole, reol, lænestol og et lille skab. Delt bad og toilet i samme bygning som værelset, men man skal udenfor for at komme derhen. Adgang til lukket gårdhave. Ikke egnet til folk med pels-allergi, da jeg har kat og hund. Rygning er IKKE tilladt nogen steder indenfor. Gæster ikke tilladt.
