The house is a cottage, in a quiet area close to the water's edge, and yet only 15 minutes by car to Køge, which is a town with both shopping, restaurants, cafes and a movie theater. The nearest local restaurant is only 10 minutes from the house (on foot). The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes from the house by car. The house has a unique overgrown garden, where you are completely undisturbed due to the large trees. The garden is fenced. There's a trampoline and a big lawn. There are 3 rooms (2 of them are connected)

The home is located about 1 km. within walking distance to the station, from which it takes about 30 minutes by train directly into the center of Copenhagen. The home is close to many shops, and about 1.5 km. distance to the beach. There are 2 single beds located in the room on the 1st floor with 2 mattresses on the floor. This is the only room that can be used as a bedroom when renting.

Enjoy your holiday 300 metres from Køge Bay Imagine having holidays or days off just 300 metres from the water. It's a lovely quiet area, close to the forest and the beach. There are 2 restaurants very close by. Large terrace. I don't rent to families with children under 8 years of age. You are not allowed to wear outdoor shoes indoors. It's a 45-minute drive to Copenhagen. It's only a 15-minute drive to Stevns Klint.
