The well appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 meters to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. Year-round, you can bathe in the “Svenskerhull” ml. Roneklint and the small nice island of Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is made for beautiful walks – and bike rides.

The house contains a living room, a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom with 180 * 200 cm bed, a small room with 140 * 200cm bed. In addition, there is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. 2 parking spaces in front of the house as well as cover for bicycles.

There is also a forest close by as well as Solrød Centret with shops and cafes as well as a station with quick trains to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. 3 km south from Køge city center, this lovely annex is located in a quiet and rural setting. The annex is independent, with its own driveway, parking spaces, and a small courtyard. The annex contains 2 spacious bedrooms, as well as the living room, bathroom and kitchen. It is 400 meters to Køge golf club, 2.5 km to the station and about half an hour's transport to Copenhagen by car or by train. Baby bed (s) can be provided at an additional cost of 125 DKK.
