Villa on large, well-kept estate in nature with views across the Rhine Valley. Due to the energy renovation last year, you have sound and climate protection. By bike, you can be in the heart of Koblenz in 5 minutes. Wifi workspace with ambiance: relaxation and tranquility in the large park. We also have a heated outdoor pool (10€/day per person) However, we also have to point out the quiet hours in the house from 11 p.m. (the viewing/ barbecue area can then be rented separately)

Enjoy relaxing days in 62m² with a combined living and sleeping area (32m²), a modern shower and a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine. The highlight is the approx. 55m ² covered terrace with pool, outdoor kitchen and gas grill. Parking is available right in front of the house. Ideal for peace seekers. The apartment is fully heated – a fireplace also ensures a feel-good atmosphere. Microwave, hair dryer, towels and bed linen are of course also included

Welcome to Modernhouse in Koblenz Güls. Enjoy your stay in the spacious outdoor hot tub with a view of the vineyards! The accommodation is modern and spacious with three bedrooms. Here, you can enhance your travel experience with a Smart TV (Ambilight), workspaces, king-size beds, a terrace with a grill and seating area, as well as a hot tub. From here you can discover the Rhine and Lahn valleys with their beautiful castles and palaces, such as Koblenz Castle, Lahneck Castle, Marksburg Castle, Elz Castle and many other sights. How you discover it is up to you, on foot, by bike, by boat or by car. You can reach Koblenz by car in 15 minutes, the nearest cycle path is only 5 minutes away, the nearest hiking trail is practically on your doorstep and can be reached on foot in 2 minutes.

The garden overlooking the Rhine Valley offers a shared fireplace corner and barbecue, an above-ground pool and plenty of space to relax.

The oasis of peace in the middle of the forest... just relax. There are 200 m2 of suite-like rooms over 2 floors with loggia at their disposal. There is ample space for 4 people. A pull-out couch provides extra space. Dog kennels are available. Your dogs are also welcome to enter the apartment. There are several dogs on the premises, if they arrive with a dog, arrangements for gas guests are necessary.
