Waterfront holiday rentals in Ko Lanta Noi

This is the second time I've stayed at this AirBNB. It's in a perfect location and has a great breakfast, amazing pool, and is perfectly just outside of the party noise on the beach at night, but easily walkable to everything. One thing to beware of (at least during rainy season) is that some combination of the A/C and humidity makes water accumulate on the floor. There is a dehumidifier that helped, but it may take you a bit to figure out the right balance.

The place is beautiful, the room in front of the sea, clean pool and staff very friendly. The breakfast was nice because they offered something local every day!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2nd floor apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids ages 5 and 8). The pool had both shallow and deep areas and beautiful trees around it so you can pick shade or sun. And the private beach was stunning, complete with active fishing boats nearby to make it extra pretty and special. Many people snorkel there. We love both Klong Khong beach and Klong Nin beach and the restaurants there, so it was great to be right in between those two beaches. Coco Tango is a restaurant practically attached to the villas and apartments at Coconut Bay, and it was great. You can walk over to Moonlight Bay resort next door for a massage. Shanti Shanti is another very close restaurant people love, but we don't eat seafood and they are often booked up. Dirty Fish just next door was awesome. Nick was a fantastic host. We loved having a fully equipped kitchen and balcony with an ocean view. It was easy to park our rental car there. Awesome place :)

Beautiful place!

We enjoyed our stay for a week. Nick was very easy to reach. We liked having the water cooler in the villa. Enjoyed the pool & small beach area. We walked early in the day to get to other beaches. Very relaxing & peaceful. 3 good restaurants near by within a 5 minute walk. Coco Tango, Dirty Fish and Shanti Beach House!

“Beautiful place to stay! The host was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The surroundings were stunning—lush greenery all around and welcoming, helpful people. I’d highly recommend this place and would love to return! The host was amazing—he let us use the pool and even provided a bike for us to use. Truly a top host! Just a note for future guests: I’d recommend researching activities in the area beforehand. Also, taxis to the airport can be very expensive, so it’s a good idea to book your transportation in advance if possible—though, of course, that’s not the host’s responsibility.”

Very comfortable stay in a great, central location. Air con worked well and common areas were very laid back and quiet.

A dream location! Nature and the pool area were great and various beaches can be reached by moped in minutes! Moped rental went directly across the reception and just went perfectly! In the morning before it comes low tide, the beach of the accommodation is also beautiful in the🤩 evening there is a fire show and fantastic sunsets :) we had a perfect time on Koh LANTA!

Absolutely in love with this place. West facing object with indescribable sunsets. During midday enough shade under the palmtrees and the swimmingpool. Perfect place to relax, hope to visit again.

I loved everything I was so sad to have to leave the place...it is an experience to live there I wish I could stay longer;)

Genuinely the most beautiful house we have stayed in during our 5 months of travelling , absolutely amazing , incredibly well equipped , sandy is amazing and very responsive , the house is beautiful and so cool , perfectly located with a wonderful view

If I could take this house with me I would. The property is beautiful inside and out with so many details everywhere you look. From the decorations, to the amenities, to even the outside greenery. I loved the outside terrace which has screen doors and an outdoor fan. There’s also a speaker system on the tv and soundproof sliding doors for watching movies. The area is clean and peaceful with many restaurants etc down the road. I worked from here remotely and I can confirm the WiFi works great and the space is a dream to work in. Monica was a great host, super attentive and helpful. I truly can’t say enough good things about this house.

What a lovely place to stay. The room was large and very nice. The staff were incredibly friendly and so helpful. The grounds and pool were lovely and so well kept. A beautiful place.
