Waterfront holiday rentals in Ko Lanta Noi

Amazing place to stay. Apartment was huge and spotless. The grounds with pool and private beach are great. What wasn’t obvious when we booked is that there are a couple of great restaurants a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. Check in was easy and Nick organised a taxi to collect us from the ferry.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2nd floor apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids ages 5 and 8). The pool had both shallow and deep areas and beautiful trees around it so you can pick shade or sun. And the private beach was stunning, complete with active fishing boats nearby to make it extra pretty and special. Many people snorkel there. We love both Klong Khong beach and Klong Nin beach and the restaurants there, so it was great to be right in between those two beaches. Coco Tango is a restaurant practically attached to the villas and apartments at Coconut Bay, and it was great. You can walk over to Moonlight Bay resort next door for a massage. Shanti Shanti is another very close restaurant people love, but we don't eat seafood and they are often booked up. Dirty Fish just next door was awesome. Nick was a fantastic host. We loved having a fully equipped kitchen and balcony with an ocean view. It was easy to park our rental car there. Awesome place :)

amazing place, Nick is very friendly and gave us several recommendations (which we tested of course!😌) I would 100% recommend, we will come back to Koh Lanta and we will not hesitate to return to Nick's! 👍

We enjoyed our stay for a week. Nick was very easy to reach. We liked having the water cooler in the villa. Enjoyed the pool & small beach area. We walked early in the day to get to other beaches. Very relaxing & peaceful. 3 good restaurants near by within a 5 minute walk. Coco Tango, Dirty Fish and Shanti Beach House!

Great romantic stay! The view is amazing with the palm trees the sea and the sunset. Well equipped and spacious apartment. Smart TV to watch a movie after a long day! Possibility to rent scooters at the reception and book tours. Really great! The only negative point might be the noise of cars because next to the road but we didn't really bother us. I recommend 100% for a stay on this beautiful island!

A dream location! Nature and the pool area were great and various beaches can be reached by moped in minutes! Moped rental went directly across the reception and just went perfectly! In the morning before it comes low tide, the beach of the accommodation is also beautiful in the🤩 evening there is a fire show and fantastic sunsets :) we had a perfect time on Koh LANTA!

Absolutely in love with this place. West facing object with indescribable sunsets. During midday enough shade under the palmtrees and the swimmingpool. Perfect place to relax, hope to visit again.

The house is incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a breathtaking view. The pool is a huge bonus, it’s such a pleasure to relax in! We loved the peaceful location and the abundance of wildlife. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the house could be improved: damp spots at the base of the walls, a bad smell in the kitchen cabinets, a leaking toilet and mold in the shower. Despite these downsides, we truly enjoyed our stay. If you come across Edward (the dog with the quirky ear), give him a cuddle from us <3

If I could take this house with me I would. The property is beautiful inside and out with so many details everywhere you look. From the decorations, to the amenities, to even the outside greenery. I loved the outside terrace which has screen doors and an outdoor fan. There’s also a speaker system on the tv and soundproof sliding doors for watching movies. The area is clean and peaceful with many restaurants etc down the road. I worked from here remotely and I can confirm the WiFi works great and the space is a dream to work in. Monica was a great host, super attentive and helpful. I truly can’t say enough good things about this house.

We had a wonderful 5 days at this AirBnb. All as described, the amenities were good, clean, and the bed very cozy. Especially the view is fantastically beautiful! Pataporn is very friendly, helpful and available at any time. There is also a super sweet hangover that comes to visit daily. There are many insects visiting through the many terraces and windows, you have to be aware of that.

Quiet clean and by the beach as well as food

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was clean and from the balcony you had a great view. Our host was always helpful and reachable. On the day of our checkout, we were able to drop off our luggage in the lobby and even wait until pick up by taxi in the pool area.

Perfect stay with 2 adults and 2 kids. Is exactly like the photos. Nothing more needed to say. It was beautiful. Drinking water provided which was a nice touch. Only slight thing was the paying for electricity and water at the end of the stay. We stayed for 5 nights and our bill was 2400 baht (£60) which seemed a bit steep, but to be fair we know nothing about the cost of these amenities. If you are going to koh lanta, you should 100% stay here.

My wife and I just spent the month of February at Noree’s condo. Our stay was excellent. Great restaurants near by, public laundry and barber just around the corner. We basically used all the businesses nearby. The staff at the building were really helpful and friendly. The location is really perfect, not too close to all the busy bars but one of the best restaurants in our opinion was right beside the building. The one day we had to stay in due to heavy rain the condo was like home, extremely comfortable and clean. Our host, Noree, was great always answered quickly. Really just a great place to stay in Ao Nang. My wife and I highly recommend this location and unit. We were really happy with the accommodations the whole month we were there. The next time we are in Ao Nang we will definitely look to see if this unit is available.
