Listing as described. Conveniently located near the main road leading to the beach and all amenities. Great value for money knowing that I've been coming to Ao Nang regularly since 2015. Julee and her team are adorable and know how to take care of their host. Easy communication as staff can speak French, English and Thai. There is a restaurant attached to the accommodation that offers international and Thai dishes of very good quality (the fondue and the beef bourguignon are amazing). The WIFI is very powerful and will be suitable for people who need a good connection. There was an average of 300 Mbps. So I put a 5/5 rating. The only small criticism is the furniture that is starting to age a little.

Host was very nice , he helped us a lot. Place was nice and clean which was very important for us because we were there with 1yo boy.

The space is spacious, we feel like we're at home. The bed and very comfortable. The number one advantage and proximity to shops and the beach. We would recommend this listing.

If there was 6 stars available we would have chosen it because this place exceeded our expectations. The host was very helpful and friendly.

We had an amazing month-long stay. The house is clean, has great WiFi (perfect for remote work), and an incredible sea view with the most beautiful sunsets. Just 10 mins to the beach — we loved Prae Ae and the coffee at Escape Cafe. Oliver is a fantastic host: super helpful, communicative, and even drove us to pick up our bike. Grateful for the early check-in, late check-out, and the beers in the fridge — such thoughtful touches. The friendly house dog kept monkeys away and was a sweet presence. Note: the hill is steep, so be confident on a motorbike. Monkeys can be around but weren’t a problem. Only the bedroom has A/C, and April was hot — just something to be aware of. Overall, this place is excellent value and we’d love to return!

We were SO happy with the apartment - beautifully decorated, convenient location, super cute cafe downstairs. We kept saying we wished we could stay longer - highly recommend.

Exceptional place. Perfectly equipped and Furnished, lacking nothing. As a yearly perpetual traveller finding places that actually feel like home are rare...this is one of them. Daniel and staff are great, super communicative and attentive to any needs we have had. This will be my perma-lanta place next time we come. I just hope it's actually available! thanks again daniel, really love this place. 10 on 10.

A quiet, peaceful, and very well-kept place. We felt completely at home. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Loved the place.

We stayed at Khem and Sam’s place with our two daughters (2 and 5 years old). We always felt welcome and Khem was super helpful and warm. We cooked together which was a fantastic experience. The location is beautifully located in the nature with lots of things to explore for kids, but also just a short walk to the town. We had a wonderful time!

Excellent location. 20-25 minute walk to Ao Nang beach (this is where most backpackers go out and where you can get a boat to Railey beach). The pool is great and the apartment has everything you need! Only thing I would say is the shower head falls down and the bathroom does smell slightly. Other than that the apartment is really clean and I would definitely stay here again.

This building is very nice with a great pool and good gym. The location is perfect, with a cute private beach with lots of restaurants right across the street. Everyone was very nice to us. We will stay again. :)

Everything is nearly perfect. We stay one week without any issue. İf you rent a motorbike, everywhere just ten minutes.

Once again, the Blue House for us has been the perfect setting for months of stay. The Blue House is well equipped for longer stays and if anything is missing, Yanitha is both English speaking, helpful and caring. The house, where you have the upper floor to yourself, is located in a lovely peaceful setting, and the promise of the landscape there is both airiness and views, and still only a less than 10 minute walk to the beach and beach life in Kantiang. 5 stars from us.

Riva was very helpful and responsive. This place is very nice and off the beaten path. You will need a motorbike to get around but the hosts help you with getting there. This accommodation was very homely and clean. I would stay here again!
