Lovley, no frills stay centrally in Phuket but away from the crowds and near a lovley water reservation. It's really quiet at night. Host is lovley and responded to our requests super fast. Nice person who tries his best to make his guests have a great stay. There is construction next doors but they start only around 9am. No smoke or other things as described by previous tenants. Electrical bill is extra but very fair. Just wasn't mentioned, but for the the price I expected that to be the case anyways. It's an amazing offer for the price U get a huge apartment. Perfect location if U like nature. But yes, bike will be needed to get in and out. We loved our stay and hope to visit again. Was the best accommodation for our 10 days in Phuket. ❤️🙏

Overall a great place to stay, & Julia is very nice & a professional AirB&B host. I paid more than I usually pay for this type of studio in Thailand, especially when factoring in the separate electricity charge. However considering that Phuket is one of the most expensive areas in Thailand, & this is a nice, fairly new condo, it was a fair deal. I recommend it, and the property has a great pool and is walking distance to a wonderful beach..

Very nice room, great location, great value for money. You can see Kata Beach from the balcony. It's very spectacular when the weather is good. The staff clean the room every 2-3 days. The room is a bit old, but it's very clean. Because it's on a hillside, there will be some small ants in the room, but it doesn't affect the second floor bedroom. The host is very welcoming and introduces the functional area. Very good accommodation experience. I will go again in the future

It was me, my wife and 4-year-old daughter and the stay couldn't have been better. The host is extremely friendly, responds quickly to messages and is always willing to help. The place was spotless when we arrived. Exactly as shown in the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped and both bedrooms have beds, pillows, very soft linens. We had great nights. The bathroom has a modern washing machine. The apartment faces the back pool of the development, which was great because in addition to having a very nice view we could sleep peacefully without any noise, unlike the rooms that have a view of the playground… In the building where the apartment is located, there is also a gym (very well equipped) and a children's room with a child monitor. We have no complaints. Just compliments. Thanks for making our vacation even better. We'll be back another time.
