We offer our 1-room apartment in Mittelberg. The Kleinwalsertal offers beautiful hiking trails in summer, and in winter it is a snow paradise for winter sports enthusiasts and families.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Ein Schrankbett mit 90 cm verschwindet tagsüber in der Wand und macht den Raum frei. Eigenes Bad mit WC. Die Küche hat Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Geschirr, keinen Herd oder Backofen. Ein Streaming-TV, das WLAN ist home-office-tauglich. Ein Stellplatz vor dem Haus gehört dazu.

You only need 1.5 km to get to the center of Warth and the skiing area. The apartments are cofortabel and modern. You will have a nice view to the mountains of the alps. With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.

The apartment offers sleeping space for up to 4 people. The balcony offers beautiful views of the mountains. Guests may use the (indoor) swimming pool and sauna for free. There is free parking space for guests available. Of course, there is free WIFI. In the period May to November, our guests are also allowed to use all gondolas and lifts free of charge.
