An exquisite garden and home filled with character and beautiful, carefully curated spots dotted around the property to enjoy quality time with family and friends. The most spectacular apartment! Amazing views from every single window, gorgeous furniture, lovely towels and linens and a fully stocked kitchen including things like sesame oil, vinegars and marmite! It made cooking very easy. No need to look any further- just book this apartment. And the hosts were super responsive and helpful.

Where do I even begin with these guys? From the moment we started planning our trip, the team was incredibly responsive and attentive to all our requests—even before we arrived in Cape Town. The villa itself exceeded our expectations and looked even better than the photos! A cleaner came in daily to keep the place spotless, and any small issues we had were quickly resolved by their on-call support team. The location was perfect—just 9 minutes from great restaurants and nightlife, and about 15 minutes from the V&A Waterfront. And having Table Mountain as our backdrop? Absolutely surreal! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking with Kumi for all our future villa stays in Cape Town.

What a privilege to be able to stay in this very special place. It is spacious, private and absolutely beautiful. The views would be hard to beat anywhere in the world. The layout of the house is perfect and the linen and finishes all high quality. We were here in late summer and the house was the perfect beach escape. You can walk to the beach and to the Red Herring centre which has fantastic restaurants. There is so much to do in Noordhoek and Cape Town. The house might be a little cold in mid winter due to its position on the mountain and open plan nature.

The pictures are beautiful, but you really have to be there to appreciate it. The views are breathtaking, and the sunsets are absolutely majestic. The house is perfectly designed — whether you want to chill out on your own or enjoy the middle-floor entertainment area for a dinner, a braai, and sundowners on the deck. It has everything you could need — inverters for power, balconies on every level, and even a beautiful little private trail in the backyard if you’re keen for a stroll. I just wish we could have stayed longer! Also, Tim is a fantastic host — incredibly helpful and welcoming.

What a great stay at Nuwe Lingen, the whole family was so pleased and impressed with our stay and if we had more time we would have stayed longer! It was neat, spotless, exactly what we needed, spacious, and safe. We felt right at home and found peace and quiet within the busy weekend. IMPRESSED! IMPRESSED!! IMPRESSED!!! What a stunnign stay. Thanks to Sonette and her team that made our stay effortless. Sonette was in constant contact with me and checked in just to see if everything is good. Thanks again!

This villa made our trip more enjoyable, everything was wonderful, the owner Mr wim was very helpful and also the maid Ms Julie was wonderful in everything. I highly recommend this villa for anyone. I can’t wait to stay there again.

Very nice rental with great location. Safe and quiet. Beautiful backyard. The host Jan was great- friendly and responsive. I would love to stay here again on our next trip to Cape Town.

Philippe is a fantastic host! He was waiting for our arrival at midnight to welcome us and show around. And even foresaw a breakfast seen our late arrival. As a family of 5 moving in Hout Bay, we had tons of questions for the relocation. He was happy to help on whatever topic at hand: car renting, groceries, school, etc The house is perfectly well equipped and the view over the bay stunning.

Carol was an amazing host and has an amazing home with breathtaking views. It had everything we needed as a group. Top notch security, a heated pool, lots of space, an office room to work out of, gym and laundry room, and all the rooms were thoughtfully furnished, with comfortable beds. We also had help everyday we were there with cleaning up. On our arrival we had complementary fruits, coffee pods, charcoal/fire lighters, and even laundry detergent. Not many other hosts are that thoughtful. If we needed any help or had any questions, Carol was promptly available to help. She’s a great host. Overall, the property was great and we had a great break! Thanks again Carol!

Nothing short of stunning! The pictures certainly does not do this property justice. My wife and I with our 2 kids an had an absolutely fabulous stay. Our visitors were just in awe with the place. From the multiple seating areas and accopanying cosy fireplaces, to the lush green mini forest as a backdrop behind the warm pool, to the top of the range finishes, fully decorated kitchen, heated floors, close proximity trails and much more. A special thanks to Christopher who just knew what we needed when we needed it, although it was not expected. Everything was perfect and absolute value for money. We shall return, annually 🙂.

I enjoyed my stay in this lovely home, great views, located in a calm neighborhood that is an easy walk to great restaurants on Kloof Street. I also walked to Lion’s Head from here. Julia was immediately responsive to any questions.

Wonderful place, just steps to an incredible beach, really private feeling. Kitchen was really well stocked for a big family. Really comfortable spaces with great bathrooms (with excellent water pressure!). It is a beautiful location, but be aware that it's a healthy drive to central Cape Town given the frequent traffic.

The house was great and very spacious for our group of eight people. Awesome view of the ocean and the mountains. We highly recommend the place and would highly consider staying here again.

Stephan's place was really amazing. Everything you needed was there. Jana, the property manager was there to let us in. She even handwrote us a postcard to welcome us, that was just that little extra that made everything really perfect. She also responded pretty quick to any message we have send her. 10/10 would recommend

This house is just a dream, so much character from the outside hugged by lush greenery and trees. We loved the clean stylish space inside that immediately puts your mind at ease and adored the furnishings/pictures collected on their travels. The garden is big equipped with sunbeds and chairs and the we enjoyed the pool with mountain views. We enjoyed sitting in front of the fire at night. You really can't beat the location! Located behind Le Quartier Francaise, we loved taking a 3 minute walk to the village where there are so many restaurants. We experienced Yama and Eleven for dinner and loved eating at Terbodore everyday for breakfast. For families, we recommend visiting Pigcasso, as you can feed the animals which is fun and it is beautiful. Jo's beautiful house was absolutely perfect for our family of 4.

We’ve just spent 4 weeks (4 adults 1 child and a baby) at the villa and it was the most amazing stay! The villa is in a perfect location and had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Matthew the house manager was just the best! So helpful and kept the villa spotless throughout our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

Just speechless. The place is beautiful, well located, and has every facility in the home you may possible need! My partner (who has little reaction to anything) said it was what he imagined paradise to be like. You can tell that so much detail went into the home - it was truly a sanctuary and we hope to stay here again. Thank you x

To be honest, I was not expecting to be so impressed. My only regret is that we planned so many activities off site, and never really got to enjoy the property the way we should have. Stunning home! My client was blown away and that was worth the money right there. I'll definitely be visiting again.

Such a beautiful place. An awesome setting. The property is very well maintained. All necessary equipment or requirements fully met. Had a close encounter with a snake, which is not unexpected in the mountains. Flies a little troublesome. Again, not unexpected. Lovely pool. Would love to return in winter. Big fireplace. Would be an excellent place to write a book.
