A paddle in our double seated kayak is a must when the tide and weather conditions permit. Superb non-smoking garden cottage at the back of the main house. It sleeps 4 guests in two very luxurious en-suite double bedrooms (Air conditioned) with spacious TV- lounge and small kitchenette. The cabin is situated within a 200m walk of the lagoon and 1km from the beach. The perfect peaceful getaway. 2 bedroom apartment with ensuite bathroom, BBQ area and walking distance from the ocean. This is one of two identical units on the property, so should you require more space it might be possible to arrange. We are based in a residential area in Kleinmond and out of respect for our neighbours don't allow any parties and no music after 22:00 at night. Guests are allowed to use the BBQ after 22:00, but are asked to keep noise to a minimum.

Beautiful Sea Views from the living area. 2 of the bedrooms also have a sea view...you sometimes feel the sea spray on the front .Quiet corner house with fynbos vegetation in front and on the side. Walking distance to a few restaurants and shops. We only do 2 night bookings over weekends. Inverter keeps lights, wi fi en tv on. Pos Id of all guests required and a signed indemnity form.
