Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border is Nettetal with the district of Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The original flora and fauna typical of the landscape can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen Train Station is about 7 km away. From there you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Equipment: 2 living rooms, kitchen, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/Wi-Fi, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are as welcome guests as your pet. Our farm is located in the countryside and invites you to take walks along the Niers. We are therefore not easily accessible by public transport.

Beautiful tiny house with garden and terrace

Beautiful newly renovated 22 sqm cottage with private garden and terrace. Through the hallway in the main house you come into the garden, here is the entrance to our small but fine rear house. The floor consists of light exposed concrete with underfloor heating. The old ceiling beams were exposed and oiled. The bathroom floor has the original old Art Nouveau tiles. The small kitchenette was built by us from an old workbench.

We needed a place to stay in the area at very short notice and were allowed to move in in the evening, which saved us either a long drive or a hotel stay. The very clean semi-detached house was inviting, it was nice to be able to go outside and it had the most comfortable bed in a holiday apartment ever. Communication was quick and effective. Any time again and a very clear recommendation! Thanks again to Annika & her colleagues!

My stay at Karina's place was just great! The apartment is not only beautiful but also incredibly cozy. It is located in a quiet area, is flooded with light and exudes a wonderful feel-good atmosphere. The decor is modern, stylish and designed with a lot of love for detail, the apartment immaculately clean, so I felt completely comfortable from the beginning. You immediately notice that everything has been thought of here to make a perfect stay for guests. I will be more than happy to come back! My stay at Karina's place was absolutely fantastic! The apartment is beautiful and incredibly cozy. It's in a quiet area, filled with natural light, and has a wonderful, inviting atmosphere. The decor is modern, stylish, and thoughtfully put together.
