Apartment 1

Spacious and sunny 5-person apartment with private sitting area in the garden. The location is the ideal base for summer and winter vacations, at the foot of the Molltaler Glacier, and close to all outdoor facilities such as the Moll River and the Raggaschlucht. The modern apartment house contains 6 fully furnished apartments with a total of 28 beds. There is a storage room for skis with boot heating and a service room for ski maintenance. The free ski bus is a 150-meter walk away.

Mountain cabin at 1000 m with sauna on the southern slope

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Alpine chalet "Mölltalblick" near Mölltaler glacier

Unwind after a day of skiing or a mountain hike in this peaceful, newly built, sustainable natural-wood chalet. Enjoy the wood panelling, the oak floorboards and the wooden furniture made by the carpenter. Lie down on the lambskin rug, gaze up at the high gallery and the rustic lighting or at the fire in the fireplace – or look out and be captivated by the incredible mountain view, which you can also enjoy from the lounger and from the unique tree dining table on the covered terrace!

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Tower in the mountains

This unique property is located in the Hohe Tauern at 1000 m above sea level. Not only is the architectural style unique, but the view of the mighty mountains, lake and nature is simply beautiful! On the over 3800 m² plot there are still 2 core-renovated rustic log cabins that are over 200 years old and are also for rent. There is also a sauna for free use. Whether winter or summer, there are countless leisure activities within easy reach.

The house has a large ski room with a shoe dryer, which can also be used for bike storage. There is also free parking on-site. Appartment NaMoll is ideally located for summer and winter holidays. There are many hiking trails, bike trails, water activities, children's activities, proximity to ski resorts.

In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

Spend your vacation on the sunny side of Flattach! We offer you a vacation home on the farm which is very quietly located. We have a nice and fully furnished apartment with terrace, in a sunny and quiet location. We offer a swimming pool and a children's playground with a swing. Our rabbits, cats and our dog Ricko are looking forward to being petted.
