We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Own boat trip that takes less than 5 minutes from the mainland. Small motor boat included. No ferry connection. Commuting distance to Gothenburg in 40 minutes.

Welcome to our cozy glamping tent on Ohm Jord - a place for those who crave peace, simplicity, and the healing and inspiring power of nature. Hear you comfortably live in a tastefully decorated canvas tent with a double bed, sitting areas, and yoga mats for those who wish. The tent is surrounded by nature, open paddocks and birdsong. Forget all everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful home. Segelmakeriet is the perfect place if you are looking for a hideaway for a night, long weekend or longer. In the room there is a double bed that is made up for you. It is also possible to sleep well in the sofa bed in a separate part. You each have a bathrobe and a large comfortable bath towel for saltwater bathing as well as shower towels. There is a coffee machine and carbonated water for free access.

Our newly built guest house is just 20 metres from Kårevik harbour and a bathing area. The view of Åstol, Marstrand with Carlsten Fortress, Dyrön and the horizon is outstanding and breathtaking. Less than a minute away, you have access to your morning dip. We built our house on a cliff near the water. This is the ultimate place for all couples who want to relax and enjoy the sun, wind and water, but due to the steep cliffs it is not suitable for children.
