Holiday houses in Klampenborg

We spent 3 nights in Taarbeck and got to know our way around pretty well! We didn't have a car, but were able to catch a bus at the end of the driveway and be at the Klampenborg train station in about 5 minutes. If you miss the bus (which we did once) you can just walk to the train station-- it's about 15-20 minutes but it's on a private path behind all the houses so is a nice walk. On weekends the bus runs hourly (or did when we were there) so plan accordingly, or plan to just walk to the train. Be sure to walk up to the Hermitage and then to the Bakken amusement park -- it's a wonderful walk, with horse-drawn carriages passing along the way, and a sweeping view of the sea from the Hermitage. The house itself is elegant and easy to live in, beautifully decorated and modern. There's a little restaurant nearby, and a self-service grocery but you need a pass to get in. (The locals would let us in if it was locked.) Highly recommended!

We have stayed in this house for two summers in a row! We are a family of four, our children are ages five and seven. The kids feel very comfortable in this beautiful house. We have immensely enjoyed the use of the outdoor area, with its incredible and beautiful gardens and patio furniture everywhere. There’s also a trampoline and, berries and apple trees making it ideal for our kids. Inside the house is decorated in a traditional and  beautiful danish style. Our hosts have been incredibly generous to let the kids use their trampoline,  Legos and coloring books to keep them occupied and  happy. The house is flooded with sunlight, and cozy and comfortable in every way. We have cooked meals here, eaten outside or inside, had popcorn movie nights on the couch, and so much fun here. This house is ideally situated in a quiet suburban neighborhood, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in the town. We had a wonderful stay at Hanne’s home! The house was spacious and comfortable—more than enough room for the three of us. The garden was absolutely beautiful and serene, a perfect place to relax. With three levels and several cozy areas to unwind, the home offered plenty of space to enjoy quiet moments or gather together. The location was ideal for our trip. We parked at the nearby train station and easily took the train into Copenhagen, which made exploring the city simple and stress-free. While walking to the station might be a bit of a stretch, biking is definitely an option, and the drive is just a few minutes. The neighborhood itself is peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing holiday and visiting our family in Denmark. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Hanne’s home to anyone looking for a calm and comfortable place to stay.

Lovely home in Charlottenlund that is close to the train station and cozy town center. Plenty of space for us to relax, including two balconies to enjoy some fresh air. Hosts were incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We were guests in this beautiful apartment for three nights. The apartment is very stylishly furnished. The kitchen is functionally equipped and Anita has provided us with various foods. Enjoying breakfast on the sunny balcony in a quiet environment was wonderful! The location is easy to reach by public transport, even if it is a little outside the centre. Shops in the immediate vicinity. We would gladly come back without hesitation. Anita always responded quickly and gave many helpful tips.

Really very pleasant stay in the beautiful apartment that matches the photos. Excellent communication with Steen We particularly enjoyed the decoration of the living rooms, the sunny patio, the coffee available to start the day well, the proximity of the port with its many restaurants (5 minutes) and the bus stop 23 (1 minute) which passes every 30 minutes to take us directly to the centre of Copenhagen.
