Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. On the other hand, if you want to experience the society and culture of the region, you are in 5 minutes by car in the center of Kaprun, in 15 minutes in Zell am See, where you have an ambitious offer. If you want to go up the Kitzsteinhorn, then it's 2.5 km to the valley station from the apartment.

You can easily escape everyday life in our hut, and spend cozy days with your families or friends. Our latest highlight is a smoker including a tutorial book. Our cottage is ideally suited for 2 to 4 people. Electricity + water available.

Cozy 3-bed room

A triple room in the attic of our farmhouse is rented. In the room there is a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a single bed, a wardrobe and a sink. The toilet and shower are on the floor for the exclusive use of guests. As well as a lounge. The city center of Saalfeden is 4 km away. Arrival should be by car, as there is only limited public bus service. We look forward to seeing you soon.
