Lovely place to relax away from the hustle and bustle. You’ll need some wheels to get to the beach / explore around, but it’s a nice and calm place to do so, so all good. The villa is located in an old resort and around a 10-minute drive from the beach. The highlight was the pool, from its cleanliness to the jacuzzi functions. Since it’s in an old resort, the furniture is a little out of style and has some wear and tear, but it has all the facilities and amenities mentioned. It’s pet friendly and there is no extra cost. The host is also very responsive and friendly and quickly solved any issues we had. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The house was incredibly spacious and easily accommodated all of my guests. The TV offered both Netflix and YouTube, and the large pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. The bedrooms and bathrooms were exceptionally roomy, providing plenty of comfort. The property is conveniently located near the community clubhouse, which also gives access to a nearby beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach house just a two-hour drive south of Bangkok, close to Pattaya and Koh Lan.

It is made up of the village, so it has a quiet and beautiful environment, the same room condition as the pictures, and this accommodation had everything we wanted. Not only that, but with the help of two very friendly and wonderful hosts, We were able to have a very happy time for the rest of the time. Due to the kindness of the host and good accommodation, If I go to Thailand again next time, I'm definitely thinking about staying at this accommodation. Great space. Quite neighborhood. 3 private bedrooms (individual room locks) with lots of extra sofa beds. 3 Tv’s. Not the fancy smart kind (ie no Netflix or screen casting) but good for viewing local Tv. The pool is fun for kids and the outdoor patio is very relaxing. It’s not far (by car) from a really lovely beach, Nam Rin that we enjoyed a lot. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided along with a 2 burner gas hob. Also has a microwave. We plan to return sometime.

I stayed here for 4 nights with mine and my brothers family. There were 8 of us in total and we had plenty of room. The villa is well equipped and each large bedroom has an en-suite which is great. The pool is amazing and the kids pretty much stayed in that the whole time. If you like all the electronics there is plenty here to entertain you and once my son worked out the karaoke machine we had a fun night of singing. There were some minor issues with a drain in one of the bedrooms but after a message to the host someone arrived very quickly to resolve. When you walk out of the villa there is a 7/11 within 2 mins walking which is handy for drinks and snacks. Get yourself the bolt app and you can book taxis to anywhere in Pattaya. We loved it here and would definitely come back when we visit Pattaya again.

Hello, we rented a house for a children's birthday party. We were very pleased! The owner was friendly, answered all questions, helped us find our way around. The house has a good full kitchen, all the necessary utensils, a large refrigerator. Well-kept garden, the children even spotted pomegranates behind the house, a dining area near the pool. The pool is a normal size, clean, they were aware of the nuances with the tiles. Cleaning is included, which made me especially happy. Thank you!

Kanjana place was a rare find in every sense .the caretaker Khun Nui was gem of a person , made us feel like at home. while there aren't many food choices nearby, the Viewmare resturant is worth it. the best part is location which is so peaceful and quiet , yet close enough to main Pattaya city. it's a perfect family getaway.
