A summer place at the idyllic island of Klädesholmen. The house is absolutely perfect for the small family. On the island there are two restaurants - The fridge and Salt & Sill. A small grocery store is available on the island that is open 24 hours a day. Living area of 30 sqm with only one sofa bed, 140 cm wide with two single duvets (extra single air mattress available). Fully tiled bathroom. Kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, pantry, stove, microwave, grill, kettle, coffee maker. Two small patios are next to the house. The rent includes water and electricity.

The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. Fully equipped kitchen. No wifi but coverage for 4G is good. Bed for 4-5 adults. 3 beds are 90 cm wide and 2 beds are 120 cm wide. NOTE: Tenant brings own sheets, towels and cleans himself.
