Willow Barn is fantastically equipped for all your self-catering holiday needs. The cottage boasts an inviting log burner in the lounge (one basket of logs is provided on arrival) to curl up by on those winter nights. The kitchen is fully fitted with electric hob, double oven, dishwasher and a separate utility room with washing machine. A spacious terrace with garden furniture and BBQ (April - end Sept)to the rear of the property has fantastic views over the beautiful Derbyshire countryside.

It's within walking distance of the city, parks and countryside, with Derby's historic Cathedral Quarter and the Darley Abbey World Heritage site on the doorstep. The accommodation is ideal for couples, solo/business travellers as well as families. We are within easy reach of the fantastic Peak District National Park.

Hillside Hut is our charming, newly developed, hut located in a secluded position on our smallholding in rural Derbyshire. With its own driveway and dedicated parking, it is situated in a very private spot enjoying stunning countryside views. Enjoy the most magnificent sunsets as you kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Bring your wellies! There are many countryside walks from the front door and fantastic dog-friendly village pubs within walking distance.

The Hayloft - in the Peak District near Ashbourne.

The Hayloft is a spacious studio apartment surrounded by beautiful Derbyshire scenery in the tranquil village of Bradley near Ashbourne. There could hardly be a more peaceful setting, surrounded by fields and with Mill Dam Lake on the opposite side of the road. The surrounding area is ideal for walking, cycling and outdoor pursuits with the Tissington Trail, Dove Dale & major attractions like Chatsworth House & Alton Towers within easy reach.

Duffield home in beautiful setting

You’ll love my place because it’s 5 mins walk to the centre of Duffield with its pubs & shops & 10 min train or bus into Derby or Matlock. A 30 min drive to Ashbourne & Wirksworth. The house is being renovated so is a little hectic but these rooms are in a separate annex & although not perfect are comfy. Its good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families &pets. We have a dog, cat & children & welcome those with or without.

Our Shepherds hut is located in a quiet rural location, on a small working family farm. The peaceful spot gives you the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind surrounded by wildlife and fields. The Hut is a compact but has all that you need and more, for your long weekend staycation or a whole week of taking in the surroundings and indulging at the nearby pubs, which are some of the best in the country!

Boothswood Barn in Holbrook

A few years ago, we converted our barn into a light and clean holiday home, ideal for families or a group of friends. Set in the village of Holbrook which has great access to both the city centres of Derby and Nottingham or the beautiful countryside within the Peak District national park. Holbrook also offers a local shop, and two real ale pubs, all within easy walking distance
