Crowfoot's Cottage is situated on the Norfolk-Suffolk border, in the beautiful Waveney Valley. Lying in grounds of seven acres including a lake and woodland, it is a haven for wildlife and an ideal base for a relaxing holiday. The oldest parts of Crowfoot's cottage date from the 17th century and have been lovingly renovated. Within a short walk of the cottage are a village shop pub and Broome Heath which is ideal for dog walking/fishing. More shops and restaurants in Bungay just a mile away

The Old Music Room is in the beautiful and special village of Geldeston, in the Broads National Park. It’s a super-insulated ecologically-built guest house clad in traditional oak boarding, with a living wild-flower roof and stunning views directly out over the Waveney Valley. I need use of my study in day (I need to walk thru the hall) All doors have locks. Plenty of parking, lovely garden you can use. Outdoor seating & Tennis court. 5 mins from Loddon.

The Studio at Stone House

A unique place with great style, the Studio at Stone house is minutes from fabulous fishing lakes and dog walking trails and a 10 minute drive from the legendary Norfolk broads, It is a two story fully furnished holiday studio with one king size bed on the first floor and an open plan lounge and kitchen together with a separate wet room bathroom on the ground floor. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.
