Ons huisje staat in één van de mooiste Waterlandse dorpen, Broek in Waterland. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige omgeving, op 8 km van Amsterdam. Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

Unique houseboat studio incl. breakfast

A truly unique experience. Brand new, fully fledged studio apartment with ensuite bathroom, aboard a former freight ship turned into a houseboat. Breakfast, king-size bed (180x200), 40 inch TV with Chromecast, water cooker, hair dryer, .., everything is included. The KNSM Island is one of the hidden gems of Amsterdam, quiet and peaceful, but close to the city center. It is possible to sit outside on a private terrace and jump in the water for a swim. The sunsets are pretty spectacular as well.

In the old characteristic Broek in Waterland near the church, in a newly built barn behind the farm. Featuring private access (self check-in) a split level with sleeping area and garden area. On the ground floor (24 m2) is a living room with sofa, kitchenette with fridge, two hotplates, dining area and separate bathroom. On the loft is the bedroom with a double bed, plenty of closet space and a clothing rack. Good WiFi available. There are two bikes (Veloretti) for rent (10,- per bike per day)

Aan boord van ons zelf gebouwde woonschip hebben we in het ‘vooronder’ een gastenkamer gemaakt. Er is uitzicht op breed water, een overdekt eigen zitje buiten en als je wil, neem je zo een duik vanuit het appartement. De boot ligt in het Oostelijk Havengebied van Amsterdam, de stedenbouwkundig veel geroemde wijk vlakbij het centrum. Voel je welkom op deze mooie plek en ontdek onze mooie stad per fiets (bij de prijs inbegrepen) of wandel door onze mooie buurt. Alle voorzieningen zijn vlakbij.

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

My friend and I were extremely fortunate to have our trip to Amsterdam include this Airbnb. Sven was always communicating in the friendliest & helpful manner, and gave the clearest instructions for checking in and checking out. The house is backed by a beautiful view, 5 minutes from the tram to get to Amsterdam’s centre within 30 minutes. The room is spacious, Wi-Fi is great, and the bathroom is unforgettable. It’s a peaceful, quiet base that feels right departing from for a new day and arriving after a full day of 37k steps. Thank you Sven!

We stayed in Annika's place for 4 nights. It is a bit outside the city center of Amsterdam but easily reachable with a bus and tram. Annika's place was very comfortable and it was a nice place to unwind after spending time in Amsterdam. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful. Annika and Bart are very friendly and were helpful with suggestions and were very quick to respond to our messages. The big plus is that the reservation comes with a parking spot which is not so easily available in Amsterdam. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Amsterdam the next time.

Very friendly hosts - helpful at all times, home, family atmosphere, but privacy is guaranteed. Very good home-made breakfast included in the price. The room is clean, large, and comfortable. A modern bathroom next to the room. Downstairs, there is a kitchen with equipment - for people with severe disabilities, steep stairs can be a problem. The rest of the house is very comfortable. In front of the house, there is a beautiful garden and a large parking space - in the area behind the gate. There are many places to visit in the area - there are guides and maps in the corridor and the host will be happy to tell you - it is worth asking. We recommend the hosts and the place.

Mirjam welcomed us warmly upon arrival despite the late hour. The room is very nice, quiet, spacious, bright, tastefully decorated. The small touches (tea, herbal teas, coffee, stroopwafels, wihlelmina) are appreciable and nicely enhanced our stay. We greatly appreciated the opportunity to leave our luggage in the room the last day before our departure as Mirjam trusted us completely by suggesting that we leave the keys inside the accommodation if she was not there for our departure. We can only recommend our host and thank her again for everything.
