Close to nature and relaxing – right next to the Eifel National Park. The tiny house is located above Lake Roer. Hiking trails are right in front of the house. Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

't Groene hart is ideaal om de rust ten midden van de natuur op te zoeken. De houten chalet is volledig omringd door naald en loofbomen wat het gevoel geeft dat u zich midden in een bos waant. Ontvlucht de dagelijkse drukte en schakel om naar langzaam leven in t'Groene hart. De woning heeft een ruime leefruimte, open keuken, badkamer met douche en inkomhal. Een stijl trapje leid je naar de eerste verdieping met gang en twee slaapkamers, 1kamer met dubbel bed en 1 kamer met 2 eenpersoonsbedden.

Deze bestaat uit een gezellige leefruimte met open keuken, 3 slaapkamers en een badkamer met douche. De grootste troeven bevinden zich buiten waar een ruim - deels overdekt - terras uitgeeft op eigen strand en vijver in een bosrijke omgeving. Ook is er veel ruimte om auto's op het terrein te parkeren. Lakens en handdoeken zijn niet standaard voorzien, maar kan men wel huren.

Nice completely renovated detached guesthouse in the picturesque fortress town of Stevensweert. The cottage has its own entrance with a spacious terrace. There are numerous opportunities for hiking in the adjacent nature reserve. For cycling enthusiasts, there is the junction route that is located right next to the house. Designer Outlet Roermond is 20 km away. A visit to Thorn is also absolutely worth it and of course not to forget Maastricht, 40 km away.

Deze bungalow op vakantiepark de Sonnevijver biedt jong en oud een mooie kans om van de natuur in het bourgondische Limburg te genieten. De knusse bungalow ligt mooi gelegen met een beekje aan de voorzijde, wat is afgezet met een houten hekje.
