We had a lovely stay at Maggi's place. Situated 100 yards from a pub/restaurant and convenience store, we were only a 10 drive to the lovely town of Kirriemuir. Maggi was so helpful from the beginning, and assisted us in locating a local taxi firm providing a wheelchair access service. With a lovely rear garden Maggi's place will be even in the summer months. Highly recommended, and we will be revisting again for sure!

This is my second visit to the Farmer’s Cottage, and once again, I was blown away by the peace and tranquility. There have been some improvements to the site since my last visit, including a few new additions such as the boat and the camping pod. John and his team are always on hand to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible, and it was lovely to watch and chat with the young girls tending their horses. I will definitely return for more country walks, beautiful sunsets, and an uninterrupted night’s sleep. I would highly recommend it.

Alexander and Gail communicated well from the point of booking. Check in was straightforward, with Alexander messaging with instructions prior to us arriving. We were greeted on arrival which was appreciated. They were the perfect hosts in that they were unintrusive but were on hand if we had any issues. This is a beautiful property in a tranquil location, but within easy walking distance of the town centre. It had everything we needed and more. The tea, coffee, fresh milk and shortbread was welcome on arrival. We had absolutely no issues or reason to complain. We hope to be back. Highly recommended

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paula's beautiful well decorated, immaculate Lodge even although we were out most of the time. Very warm, comfortable and spacious, you could live here! 🥰 It had everything you could possibly need as there were lots of thoughtful extras eg. a hairdryer, iron, extra towels, cooking oil, tinfoil etc. The shower was fab. Everything matched so well even down to the hand soap ☺️ Paula is very good at responding to messages. I can't recommend enough.
